SP Duo - Advanced AVR Programmer

- Minimum target clock speed: 250kHz (only for SPI programming)
- Minimum target clock speed for AT90S1200: 1MHz
- 115,200 baud RS-232 COM Port (USB to RS232 adapters are supported)
