Payment

Credit cards are accepted through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using your credit card. If an alternate payment method is required, please send an email to orders@embedded-creations.com

Shipping

Orders shipped to the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) with delivery confirmation. The package will have a USPS delivery confirmation number. International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. All customs fees, duties, and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. Global Priority Mail is reliable but because it has no tracking, Embedded Creations will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. International orders must pay extra shipping fees, $5 additional per order for Canadian customers, and $10 additional per order for overseas customers.

Please contact orders@embedded-creations.com if you wish to use a more expensive shipping service with tracking (UPS or FedEx).

Orders will be shipped out the following business day. A notification will be sent via email when your order ships, including the delivery confirmation number for US orders.

Warranty

Embedded Creations' products are warranted against manufacturing and workmanship defects for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. During this period, Embedded Creations will, at its option, either repair or replace products which prove to be defective. Damage by misuse or abnormal conditions of operation voids this warranty in its entirety.

Returns

Before returning a product, contact support@embedded-creations.com and an RMA number will be issued if the problem cannot be fixed over email. All returns must include an RMA number.

The buyer must pay shipping costs for returns or repairs. Embedded Creations pays shipping costs to return the product to the buyer.
